Mary Mallouh, MSW, RSW
Registered Social Worker/Therapist/Consultant
Specializes in: Youth, Young Adults, Adults, Older Adults, Families
Mary has over 25 years experience providing counselling and assessment with children, youth, young adults and adults. She has held clinical positions in hospitals, schools, and post-secondary educational settings.
Mary specializes in youth and adult mental health and provides therapy for a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, disordered eating , and stress, relationship difficulties, grief/loss.
In addition to providing counselling/therapy, Mary has extensive experience completing medico-legal assessments for legal proceedings.
Mary received a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto with a focus on clinical practice and holds a Canadian Certificate in Life Care Planning from the University of Florida .

Mark Arron, MA, MSW, RSW
Registered Social Worker/Therapist/Consultant
Specializes in: Youth, Young Adults, Men
Mark is Registered Social Worker who brings over 30 years experience providing individual and group counselling/therapy with adolescents, adults and families. Mark has held clinical positions in various settings, including schools, community counselling agencies, and private practice.
Mark provides counselling for men's issues, including mental health, problematic anger, separation/divorce, fathering and co-parenting, interpersonal relationship difficulties, work-life balance, major life transitions, family of origin issues, as well as court mandated counselling for anger management, conflict resolution, and parenting education.
Mark received a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto with a focus on clinical practice and a Master of Arts in Sociology (Criminology Concentration) from the University of Manitoba.

Rachel Arron, BScN., RN
Registered Nurse, Youth Wellness Consultant
Rachel is a practising nurse with experience in direct care as well as consultation and clinical support for youth to promote healthy lifestyles, including general health/wellness, nutrition, as well as academic and social stressors.
Rachel received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McMaster University

We utilize evidence based models in our approach to counselling/therapy and assessment, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered Therapy, and Family Systems therapy, and Trauma Informed Care.
We work within a strengths based, holistic and systemic framework and strongly believe in working collaboratively to achieve your goals.
